The guest has 32 well furnished double and triple occupancy bath attached Ac and Non-AC rooms. The dormitory type of accommodation provides low budget lodging facilities for individuals and groups. The conference Hall can accomodate 150 persons. The Conference Hall has AC as well as Non-AC types.
The present Rural Demonstration Centre was opened in 1924. Martandam had its rise as a well planned Rural Reconstruction Centre, with a definite service programme to serve people.
The people were economically poor and the service rendered by the Marthandam YMCA reached the poorest sections of the community. Thus the physical, mental, social spiritual and economic phases.
