Guest Registration Requirement
All guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity card (Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport, or Voter ID) along with physical credentials during physical check-in. Foreign nationals must present passports and active visas.

Check-In and Check-Out Schedules
Standard check-in starts at 12:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges as per reception regulations. 24-hour reception is available.

Restricted Activities
YMCA Kanyakumari is a family-oriented campus. Consumption of alcoholic beverages, smoking, and possession of illegal substances inside the guest house, rooms, corridors, or public spaces is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

Property Usage & Damage Liability
Guests are expected to keep the room and facilities in a respectable state. Any damage caused to building structures, mattresses, furniture, electronics, or toiletries due to negligence will be billed directly to the guest before departure.

Quiet Hours & Family Environment
To ensure a quiet and comfortable sleep experience for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, shouting, or noise complaints from adjacent rooms will be addressed by desk security.
